Melamerin Premium contains the optimal dose of melatonin, which improves sleep quality, reduces the time to fall asleep and sleep disorders caused by jet lag (travel). Administration and dosage:

1 tablet before bedtime, 30-40 minutes before

For the prevention of travel-related sleep disorders: It is permissible to increase the dose of melatonin on the first day of travel and continue taking it for several more days after returning from the trip. Duration of treatment and dose adjustment according to the doctor's recommendation. Does not cause addiction
