The Sphere (360-degree) board is another new handmade product from the NIKO brand, which aims to promote and popularize physical activities. Unlike a balance board, you balance on the Sphere board with a hard rubber ball. The board has a rubber band attached to the edges, which will provide more grip for your feet. When exercising on the Sphere board, all muscles are involved in the activity and you can easily tone your body. The 360-degree board will also help you develop concentration skills and manage stress. The board is quite sturdy, made of mixed wood and can withstand 200 kg of weight.
