Scandinavian fish oil is a natural source of Omega 3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (EPA, DHA). It supports metabolic processes in the body and improves the functioning of the cardiovascular, nervous, immune systems, eyes, skin and the body. It regulates blood clotting and blood pressure, is necessary for the normal functioning of the brain and vision. It plays an important role in maintaining good mood and cognitive functions.
