Instructions for use:
Cold Therapy - Place roller in freezer for 4-6 hours to allow gel to set - Roller will cool for 15-20 minutes - Freeze again as needed. Hot Therapy - Place roller in 120°C (very hot) tap water for 10 minutes - Check temperature is comfortable on skin before use - Roller is hot for 10-15 minutes
Note:
Do not place your full weight on the roller. Dry the roller with a towel after use. Do not heat in a microwave, conventional oven, stovetop, or boiling water. Overheating will cause skin burns or damage the roller.
