Brand History

Georgian winemaker and businessman Jimsher Chkaidze was looking for a way inspired by cultural heritage.
through which he could build a new history of whiskey in the homeland of wine. About fifteen years ago Jimsher
Chkhaidze started thinking about Georgian whiskey. He went to Scotland to learn about the way of production.
Finally, in 2017, the first Georgian whiskey JIMSHER was poured.
The highest quality whiskey made in the best traditions is kept in the barrels in which the wine "Saferavi" is kept.
"Tsinandali" and "Traditional Georgian cognac" were kept. A special, unique taste obtained as a result of this method, which allows you to rediscover whiskey with Georgian accents. Water that is used from the natural springs of the Caucasus Mountains. The whiskey stock has already reached at least 5 years of age and continues to mature in specially selected casks.
